50 year long conflict stopped with dialogue

President Juan Manuel Santos used Principle 5: Let everyone share their experiences to help end a 50‑year armed conflict in Colombia in 2016. Through peace talks and dialogue with the FARC guerrilla group, the parties arrived at a solution where everyone was heard and satisfied with the peace agreement.
