Late Nights: Voices from Behind the Walls

The fasade of the nobel peace center

Join us for a thematic evening at the Nobel Peace Center. This evening you can join an event, a concert, participate in activities, and, of course, explore our exhibitions.

Time:24 Sep 2025 15:00 - 18:00 CEST
Place: Nobel Peace Center

The theme this evening is getting to know courageous individuals fighting for freedom of expression and peace – putting their own freedom at stake.

What is the power of resistance? And how can we show our solidarity? Small actions can mean a lot. You are invited to listen, share, and participate – and help give hope a voice.

Ticket

All you need to join our themed evenings during Late Nights is a museum ticket. The ticket will include the exhibitions, the concert, the activities and the event.

Remember to select the correct date and check off "Late Nights" when purchasing your ticket.

We are joined by:

All over the world, people are persecuted and imprisoned for their resistance and their words, a fate shared by several Nobel Peace Prize laureates. Amnesty International was awarded the Peace Prize in 1977 for their work to reveal violations of human rights and support prisoners of conscience. In collaboration with them and Norwegian PEN, this evening we will amplify the voices of those affected by war and conflict, and those who fight for change.
