Guided tours in the Nobel Peace Prize Exhibition
Every year, the Nobel Peace Center creates an exhibition about that years Nobel Peace Prize laureate in just 8 weeks. This year’s exhibition Democracy on the Brink tells the story about the struggle for democracy in Venezuela and how democracy is under threat around the world. In the exhibition, you will encounter the story of Peace Prize laureate Maria Corina Machado, and you will be challenged to reflect on what you can do yourself to protect democratic values.

Join a guided tour with curator Serge von Arx where he takes you through the exhibition and tells the story of how it was created in just eight weeks. Everything from spatial curation to creative processes and which ideas are behind all the choices you will be met with in the exhibition.
15:00 | Norwegian
Director of exhibitions, Henrik Treimo, will provide an insight into the exhibition and share his experiences with idea processes, spatial curation, creative processes, and how the exhibition team managed to form the exhibition in just eight weeks.
PRACTICAL INFO:
The guided tour last about 30 minutes and is included in your entry ticket. There are maximum 30 people per guided tour. You register for the tour when arriving at the museum.
