Event
Peaceful Morning Yoga at the Nobel Peace Center
Begin your day with a 60-minute yoga practice designed to bring calm to both body and mind. As the Dalai Lama reminds us, “Peace starts with each one of us. When we have inner peace, we can be at peace with those around us.” This gentle morning class invites you to cultivate exactly that: a moment of stillness, balance, and inner clarity in the midst of everyday life.
The session includes slow, mindful movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and guided relaxation leaving you feeling physically rejuvenated and mentally restored so you can step into the rest of your day with presence and ease.
