Music Across Borders

Join us after the dove is released on 2 October for a special concert celebrating music as a meeting place across borders.

On 2 October, the International Day of Non-Violence, young musicians from across Europe come together at the Nobel Peace Center for the concert Music Across Borders.

The programme features works for woodwind and brass, by Stravinsky, Raff, Ligeti, Bellon, Maxwell Davies and Mozart.

Presented in collaboration by Young Music Talents in Europe (YMTE) and the Barratt Due Institute of Music, Music Across Borders brings young musicians from across Europe together in Oslo. We are delighted that the Nobel Peace Center is welcoming us to perform this special concert on the International Day of Non-Violence.

The concert will be held inside the museum at 12:00, you get to view it inside the exhibition Paths to Peace free of charge.
