Conversation about the Nobel Peace Prize 2025

This year’s Nobel Peace Prize to Venezuelan opposition politician Maria Corina Machado, has been met with both criticism and celebration. This evening, you can get answers to your questions about the laureate and her work.

The discussion gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate actively – whether you want to explore the significance of the Peace Prize, get to know Maria Corina Machado better, or gain a deeper understanding of the situation in Venezuela.

This evening you can also enjoy delicious arepas, experience Venezuelan music, and join a guided tour about Maria Corina Machado and the Nobel Peace Prize.

Included in the event ticket is also the option to participate in other acitivites this evening. You can participate in activities and view our exhibitions 17:00-20:00.

*This is an event that normally has an admission fee. If you would like to participate but cannot afford the ticket, you can send an email to post@nobelpeacecenter.org to ask about availability. As long as there are seats left, you can attend for free. No further explanation is needed.
