During the Mela Festival, Oslo City Hall Square is filled with music, dance and culture from all over the world. The Nobel Peace Center joins the festivities and offers free entry for all Saturday and Sunday 10-18.

About the Mela Festival
The Mela Festival introduces you to artistic and cultural expressions from all over the world; music, arts and crafts, theatre, and dance. Not to mention food: The festival cooks whip up delicious dishes all weekend long – just sniff your way to the food stalls!Mela Oslo was first held in 2001. Today it’s one of Europe’s biggest festivals of its kind. The festival takes place at Rådhusplassen (City Hall Square) a weekend in August.
