Come celebrate Aung San Suu Kyi

21 years after being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, Aung San Suu Kyi finally gets to hold her Nobel Lecture in Oslo City Hall Saturday 16 June 2012.

Here is how you can take part in this historic celebration:

10.00-13.00 See the photo exhibition Mother Democracy inside the Nobel Peace Center.

13.00 Watch the live broadcast of Aung San Suu Kyi’s Nobel Lecture on a big screen at the City Hall Square outside the Nobel Peace Center.

16.00 Celebration of Aung San Suu Kyi with speeches and music. Ends with a speech by Aung San Suu Kyi herself. At the City Hall Square outside the Nobel Peace Center.
