The large photo exhibition IN AFGHANISTAN opens at the Nobel Peace Center Friday 10 February. We open our doors and invite to the free-for-all 24 hour in Afghanistan event from Friday at 18.00 until Saturday at 18.00.

ALL YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT AFGHANISTAN, BUT NEVER DARED TO ASK!

Afghanistan for Dummies, Afghan Talks, Afghan Pics, Photography Talk, Afghan Film in collaboration with Films from the South and Oslo Dokumentarkino, book signings, tea tent, guided tours day and night, activities for children and more.

THE OSLO BLOOD BANK is present with the Blod Bus, providing information and registration to members of the public wanting to become blood donors in Oslo. Photographer Hady Sy participates with his project ‘One Blood’ in a collaboration with the Oslo Blood Bank.

IN AFGHANISTAN depicts various sides of a country we hear much about, but that most of us know very little about. Experience the photo series Infidel by Tim Hetherington and Veiled Rebellion by Lynsey Addario. Meet Sadaf, Nargis and Sahar in the video documentaries Kabul Cards by Anders Sømme Hammer and Christoffer Næss.
